As an assistant lecturer at the Department of Electron Devices I hold lectures in embedded system near topics. Good communication and leading skills are also essential in this field not just to help the technical evolution of the students but also to coordinate their work in international projects. As an R&D engineer at the Department of Electron Devices from the beginning of my study in M.Sc. in electrical engineering, I worked in several EU research projects both as project manager and as technical expert. Besides representing the university on international meetings and conferences, my task was the elaboration of combined reliability, electro-thermal and optical characterisation techniques for semiconductor devices. Recently, I became the laboratory manager of the thermal and LED characterisation lab of the department.
